We create the portfolio of our organizations and invite NGOs, operating in the field of public policy and representing public interests, submit their application forms. Here you can find more information on this procedure.

We are going to educate portfolio organizations following the model of venture philanthropy. Here you can read more on the method of such kind of support.

Organizations, willing to participate in the selection, must meet these criteria.

We do not grant support to those organizations, which:

    * foment hatred, discrimination, inequality, social exclusion, violence, are criminal, violate the general ethical standards and cause harm to the Lithuanian society;
    * are established by public institutions or dependent on public authorities (more than 60 % of organisation’s budget is the support of public authorities);
    * are of political, religious, business type (their members are profit-seeking entities).

Priority will be given to those organizations, which:

    * perform their operational audit on an annual basis;
    * publish their annual operational and financial reports;
    * conform to the standard for quality management of NGOs and social non-profit partners.

When supporting organizations we observe consistency and seek that support is given transparently and used efficiently.

Community Foundation are aid organizations established by local people and are functioning in favour of local people; they operate as mediators of the community helping local sponsors to settle the most relevant issues and satisfy important needs of the community. The main role of community foundations in this process includes the administration of sponsors' funds and the accumulation of endowment.
