Pro bono publico (usually shortened to pro bono) is a phrase derived from Latin meaning "for the public good". The term is sometimes used to describe professional work undertaken voluntarily and without payment as a public service.
Such partners may include companies or private persons.
We are creating a team of pro bono partners of Civic Responsibility Foundation, which would become a fit partner to non-governmental organizations willing to improve professionalism and achieve greater effect on public welfare.
Our experts give strategic and tactical consultations to organizations in various spheres and by means of diverse methods. This is how they create capacities allowing organizations to continue independent and successful conduct of their mission.

Giedrius Karsokas
Independent public relations expert of Civic Responsibility Foundation in the field of lobbying activity and organizational ethics. Giedrius has an extensive expertise in communications and was working in the positions of communication manager at the leading business companies of Lithuania.
He is an officially certified lobbyist.
Mindaugas Danys
Supported by the organisation, Member of the Board of Civic Responsibility Foundation will consult in the search for partners and sources of financing and the issues of the European Union financial support. In addition, Mindaugas will assist organizations in learning more on social innovations and will help to create and introduce their means into the activities of organizations.
Presently, Mindaugas is the Director of the Social and Economic Development Centre, having the bachelor’s degree in sociology and master’s degree in public administration.
Mykolas Katkus
Member of the Board of Civic Responsibility Foundation and public relations expert in the field of strategic planning and personnel management. Since 1999 Mykolas is in charge of one of the most experienced communications agencies in Lithuania “VRP Hill&Knowlton”. He used to consult the biggest national companies and public authorities.
Birutė Jatautaitė
One of the founders and members of the Board of Civil Responsibility Foundation. Birutė is well aware of the situation in the Lithuanian NGO sector due to her long experience with national organizations. Moreover, she is well aware of their institutional problems and needs. Highly-appreciated expert of Civic Responsibility Foundation will consult on the issues of strategic planning, search and generation of funds, creation and development of support programmes, establishment and activities of the boards. Birutė is the doctor of social sciences (Vilnius University). She has the master’s diploma of public administration awarded by the New York University (NYU). In 2008 she graduated from the Department of Applied Social Sciences at London Metropolitan University.
