• Management

Foundation is managed by the Board of Founders. The Board of Foundation is responsible for the Foundations’ activities. Depending on the needs and strategic foundation activity lines, established by the Board, Foundation may form councils of advisors. The Board hires directors and other necessary staff. Functions of the Board will be fully formulated and approved by the founders.

• Founders and members

Founders and members of the Foundation are natural persons. All of them are the members of the administration and council of the Baltic-American Partnership Programme.
