1. Selection of target organizations
The goal of this phase is to select organizations that meet the criteria and which will be granted support. Organizations, willing to participate in the programme, must fill in candidate application forms and submit them to Civic Responsibility Foundation.

Administration staff of Civic Responsibility Foundation make visits to the applying organizations; meet with the members of their boards, managers and members and put forward recommendations to the Board of Civic Responsibility Foundation.

Board of Civic Responsibility Foundation analyses the received applications and, following the established criteria and recommendations by administration, select organizations to be invited for an interview.

Then the managers of organizations are invited to an interview with the Board of Civic Responsibility Foundation, where they present their organization, strategic and action plans.

The goal of such meetings is to clear out which of the organizations, willing to participate in the programme, is in the highest need of support and which organization shows the greatest potential to make the most efficient use of such support.

Board of Civic Responsibility Foundation takes decisions in the light of applications submitted, recommendations and interview results. Decisions are taken by voting. Then administration of Civic Responsibility Foundation informs the participating organizations about the results by e-mail, as well as announces them on the website.

2. Collaboration contracts are concluded with the selected organizations
Contracts define the liabilities of all the parties (Civic Responsibility Foundation, organizations, sponsors and experts) concerning the granting and coordination of support, confidentiality of information about the organization and other details important to all the parties.

3. Drafting of support plan
We aim that the given support is used in a planned and efficient way, thus, before granting it, during the meetings of Civic Responsibility Foundation, representatives of an organization, sponsors and experts, activity of organization is analysed, necessary aid is determined and the phases of its granting are agreed upon. Moreover, final and intermediate objectives for the period of granting support and criteria for achieving them are established. Later, following the drafted plan, support is granted to the organization (consultations, training, financial and other kind of support) and evaluations of the achievement of intermediate objectives are carried out.

4. Financial and expert support is granted, activity of organization is reinforced
When granting support organization is not left alone; it is constantly given consultations on the issues of support usage; there are regular meetings with an organization arranged; monitoring on how successful organization is in attaining the established goals is carried out; organization receives help in dealing with the occurring problems. It is aimed at permitting the organization to share its experience with the other organizations participating in the programme. Upon the necessity, training and other measures to strengthen organization are organised.

5. Evaluation of results and preparation of conclusions
Once the period for granting support terminates, results and the progress of an organization, as well as the future developmental possibilities are assessed. Experts help an organization to evaluate what support it needs further and what further changes such organization must undergo.

6. Constant assistance and consultations
Once the period for granting support terminates and the achieved results are evaluated, it is agreed on the support and aid to the organization from Civic Responsibility Foundation.
